Under the page "pattern" you now find the pattern pieces for the dress top, which looks a little like a corset. You must now print only those (smaller is not your size, style, stretch or compress) and cut it! Before you would have to be then the following:

I think it is clear that the front center piece is required 2 times (the others too)! If you already fit in sewing are, of course, you can now start to sew, think about seam allowances, installing a zipper back and finish. If not, wait for my post, as I'll explain everything step by step. Oh, and the size of the upper part would be I guess now is 36/38, even a custom-made and therefore not 100% corresponds to the ideal dress sizes!
