Like every year I look forward to the largest German design event "PASSAGES" in Cologne, which reminds me strongly of the Design Week during the Salone del Mobile Milano in Milan.
From 17th-23. January 2011 find interesting and noteworthy events and exhibitions mostly Cologne in Cologne's city nearest salons, showrooms, galleries, furniture stores, galleries, cultural institutions, museums, universities and held in temporary design hotspot. There, the current trends and directions in design and in particular in interior design such as: accessories, lighting, materials, brand new designs, inspirations and ideas to device and issued.
The PASSAGEN offer for a week every day a varied program. Especially nice is that you when you visit the showrooms and exhibitions welcomed with a delicious cocktail is. The 190 shows of national and international designers and manufacturers extend through all of Cologne and are indicated by an orange flag in front of the entrances PASSAGES! A big help is if you look at the map PASSAGEN downloads and thus maintains a clear overview.
